Fashion Design graduate Rahul Vijay started his career at Harper’s Bazaar India in 2011 as a fashion intern, rising through the ranks, and leaving six years later as Fashion Editor. Moving to Mumbai in 2017, he joined ELLE India as Senior Fashion Editor, where he led a team of three stylists. In 2019, he joined GQ India, where he is responsible for styling covers and fashion editorials in his capacity as Senior Fashion Editor.
Besides editorial, Rahul is also one of the three Creative Directors for Lakme Fashion Week, one of India’s most prestigious fashion showcases. Here, he has styled shows for some of the country’s leading designers such as Rajesh Pratap Singh, AM:PM and Kunal Rawal amongst others.
Also a Creative Consultant and Stylist, Rahul freelances for design houses, celebrities and brands such as couturier Shahab Durazi in India.
